Bloodless Affairs: A Tale of Necrophilia Bloodless Affairs is a novel about an unthinkable act. The main character, Paul Grossman, is a twenty-eight years old gifted mortician employed by Stone Creek Mortuary. There, he gives in to his sexual fetish with female embalmed corpse. The act is accidentally videotaped. Blackmail and murder ensues. Between necrophilic acts and paying blackmail monies, Paul and his wife, Laura, seek help from the city’s newest psychiatrist, Dr. Sonya Robinson. With therapy sessions filled with lies and deceit, Dr. Robinson soon realizes the couple is keeping secrets. But before she can uncover the truth, the Grossman’s quit. Soon after, during the third black mail meeting, Paul is supposed to exchange money for the videotape. Instead he finds his blackmailer dead, the tape is gone, and he’s afraid he might be framed for her murder. Now he needs Dr. Sonya Robinson more that ever.
